200"mulie Report post Posted September 16, 2014 yeah i witness somewhat the same thing earlier this year while helping a buddy pig hunt in Jan. I was in awe .. was trying to circle this herd of mule deer and push them toward my buddy. But a coyote got to close, all i heard is hooves coming up the hill at me... at first 2 jack rabbits run by (thought the coyote might be hunting them) then a single coyote runs by ... I now i got 6 does staring at me all within 5-8 yards. They see me and take off. Pretty cool experience having so many animals running by me

Browning'sCustomMeat Report post Posted September 16, 2014 Crazy!! Ive seen them on a herd of antelope, separate a doe and almost get it down. A couple of bucks came to the rescue and got the doe back with the herd. Wish i had a camera...

lancetkenyon Report post Posted September 16, 2014 A .22-250 with a suppressor could have worked wonders on predator control. Amazing footage. One reason I will never pass up an opportunity to take out a coyote.

bgshooter Report post Posted September 17, 2014 Nice video. Reminds me of a video I watched last week of a herd of buffalos that saved one of their own from a pack of lions.

Sam Report post Posted September 18, 2014 This is amazing footage.....In recent years, I keep seeing more and more packs of coyotes. It seems like years ago, lone coyotes and pairs were common. Now, packs of 5 or 6 are more common. We always see them while hunting deer or elk and I just can't bring myself to shoot them while waiting for that buck or bull. Too worried about ruining the morning or evening hunt.
