Redman Report post Posted July 26, 2004 There are quite a few of left over tags in 30B. Check the G&F website, there is still a chance for those who did not get drawn. Redman
az4life Report post Posted July 26, 2004 (edited) A few left, but nothing like the good old days when you could have hundreds of tags leftover after first draw. At least I can still hope for next year. Edited January 1, 1970 by az4life
Arizona Griz Report post Posted July 26, 2004 I picked up a left over tag a couple of years ago in 30A and there were no more left over tags then than there are now. 30B is not a popular unit but there are a few Coues in the Dragoons. Any Coues hunt is better than no Coues hunt. Arizona Griz.
Guest usafr Report post Posted July 27, 2004 Check into the Fort Huachuca leftover tags. I believe there are 11 tags for the 17-30 Dec 04 hunt. Not sure if anyone can try for them, however, if you call the number in the hunting regulation you'll get a Mr. Sheraton Stone. He can help you with any further information. My son and I both got the Dec Hunt. Good Luck, I'd enjoy hunting with anyone you may be able to get a leftover tag for the Fort.
HillBilly_Al Report post Posted July 27, 2004 (edited) I think in order to hunt on the Fort you have to be 1)military or 2) civilian government or 3) govt contractor. There are additional rules but I am not up on all of them yet so be sure to call as indicated. Edited January 1, 1970 by HillBilly_Al
