GJMauro12 Report post Posted September 11, 2014 That's a whole bunch of studs. I have a question about San Carlos if anyone knows the answer. Last weekend I went from show low to globe on the 60 for the first time and seen the signs for the San Carlos reservation and I kept wanting to get back in there to do some glassing. Problem is I thought I read somewhere that if you pick up a San Carlos tag you are not allowed to scout. Does that also mean if I have no intention of hunting I cannot go in and look/film some animals? I always hear about how big everything is on San Carlos and I would like to go see if I could find some of those beasts on the hoof for fun.

You have to have a permit to be on the reservation and I'm pretty sure but not the expert but u can't go and film/take pictures. I would call the wildlife office and ask to get the answer before you end up in a lot of trouble. I know for a fact you can't pick up sheds unless your a member of the tribe.
