tomkat12 Report post Posted September 9, 2014 I know its an unusual place to post this but the coueswhitetail.com family has always treated me well so I thought I'd try it. I have a Powerwave Versaflex 9.0 Shelter for sale. This is a former equipment shelter for a cell phone site that has been decommissioned. It measures 7'x13'6" and weighs approx 4500 lbs. The disconnect, electrical panel, generator hookup are all included. It has lighting and receptacles already installed and has 2 5 ton AC units installed, the electricity is currently off but the ac units where working when the site was shut off. There are some carts for shelving that easily slide on the rail in the floor. This Shelter is in excellent shape with no rust or apparent leaks, door slides smoothly. This thing would make an excellent shop, storage shed, reloading room or even a hunting shack. We can bring this shelter to you if your in the valley somewhere. Shelter is available for viewing. Always willing to entertain trade options that include quality15x binos. Please let me know if you have any questions. Asking $3500 OBO including local delivery.
