Azskyrider Report post Posted September 8, 2014 I also recommend x-werks. I have had them cerakote my AK and some other odds and ends. They cerakote wheels and engine headers for the auto crowd. They also sell firearms, suppressor, and ar15 lowers or Glocks that have been cerakoted in some cool colors by them. I am having a firearm ffl to them that I bought from psa and will be having them cerakote some items to bling it out a bit for the wife.

ArizonaWildernessHunter Report post Posted September 9, 2014 You can get like 1/128" wear lines on corners exposed to a lot of holster wear but it is a great finish.

sjvcon Report post Posted September 12, 2014 On Pistols, you will get holster wear if you pull them a lot. Very few finishes will not have that issue (hard chrome/stainless/etc.). Even Robar, from what I hear is subject to that (though I could be mistaken). But for the most part, Cerakote seems pretty durable to standard use.
