DesertBull Report post Posted August 29, 2014 1-1/2" male DWV coupling fits on my Vortex Viper HD spotter perfectly. Female treadled coupling glued to camera makes the connection. Same exact principal as the Tinesup adapter.

DesertBull Report post Posted September 3, 2014 How does one keep the scope from moving, when you put that on the scope? It slides over the eyepiece of the scope very easily.

HUNTnTAT2 Report post Posted September 3, 2014 Made one for my phone. 2" pvc plug. Cheap phone case. 3 screws. Had to put some felt on the inside of the plug to snuggly fit over my compact razor spotter
rossislider Report post Posted September 3, 2014 I have the same spotting scope, so I'm going to configure one for my camera phone using a second case that was given to me. While at Home Depot I noticed that there are a few different sizes of male couplings that could be screwed into the same female coupling. Might be able to make it work for my binos as well! Thanks for the idea!
daryl_s Report post Posted October 4, 2014 What type of glue did you use?
rossislider Report post Posted October 4, 2014 I used hot glue for mine. Seems to hold well but is also fairly east to remove if I need to redo it.
