Gotta love the Badlands warranty

My 2200 was about 6-7 years old and showing proportionate signs of wear/tear i.e. broken zippers, tabs, minor wear holes etc. Washed it, sent it in, gotta VM that it's hunting days were done and they were sending me a new 2200 which arrived today. Took less than 10 days turnaround. Only cost me shipping there and back. Just wanted to give a shout out to out their outstanding customer service.

Good to hear. I have a pack that I've needed to send back and haven't got around to it. All the buckles I like the most have broke.

You can order buckles for free from the sight, I just did that for my 2200.
