We are a fast growing Aerospace manufacturing company, located in Tempe, Arizona. We currently employ approximately 45 people and currently have three openings available.

Maintenance / Janitorial: Involves janitorial duties to maintain a clean and orderly work environment, facility maintenance duties and machine maintenance duties. People in this role also usually step in to other departments and help out when needed, such as in our assembly/part mark department, shipping receiving and hand finishing departments. This is a good entry level position for someone who is looking to get a foot in the door, but does not necessarily have experience in manufacturing, or a good opportunity for someone who likes to work with their hands, with tools and have a lot of task variety at work. People who start with our company in this position and show that they can work hard and learn quickly often move up into permanent roles in our manufacturing departments.

 

Machinist apprentice: This is a good position for people with a strong mechanical aptitude, who are detail oriented and very conscientious about the quality of their work. It is a good opportunity for someone that already has limited experience in a machine shop environment or who is currently studying machining, engineering or other manufacturing related courses of study. The employee will be responsible for utilizing machine tools and precision measuring equipment to produce high quality aerospace components.

 

Set-up Machinist: This position is for an experienced machinist who can perform multiple set-ups per day, often on complex parts. Must be familiar with 4 axis CNC milling equipment, show strong problem solving skills and be able to produce reliable set-ups and high quality parts.
