Potiental Realized Training

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I thought I would share my story with everyone. In April this year I put my foot down and decided to change my ways. I didn't consider myself over weight or out of shape but wanted to drop a few lbs. and get some cardio in. I joined a group called Potentail Realized Training in the East valley https://www.facebook.com/potentialrealizedtraining. Neal who runs the places happens to be a friend from high school. The first workout was an eye opener. I could not even keep up with the women in the class and for the first time felt whats its like to almost pass out from overexertion. From that day forward I knew it was time to change. After 2 weeks of working out I felt better but saw no change in weight. The group is into Isagenix a nutrition program. I decided to do a 30 day cleanse along with these workouts. Well 30 days later and 24.75lbs I more than doubled my goal. Now this was no cake walk but let me say this life is so much easier now. I now can keep up and sometimes pass the guys that have been doing this for a year or more. I took a few weeks break and a vacation. As soon as I came back I did a 9 day cleanse and got right back to working out. I maxed at 27.5lbs. and over 24" lost. I had no idea I had that much fat to lose. I have since continued to workout 2-5 times a week with this group depending on my schedule. The classes are awesome, the people there are even better. There's no big gym thing going on. People of all shapes and sizes seeking the same goal. If anyone is interested in some crossfit/interval training with an amazing coach look this place up and join. I believe he is offering a free week right now at his new place. It's located at NW corner of Higley and Chandler Heights. I can say with pride this year no hills will be stopping me. Good luck to all of you seeking a healthier way of life.

I've done class's like that with my friends in Nor cal. Definitely an eye opener. I liked it way better than a normal gym. Wish I lived somewhere and had the work schedule to be able to add it to my routine.

Great job on the fitness and health improvement's. It was an eye opener for me when I lost 25 pounds. Much easier going up hills now.
