Made some interesting discoveries, turns out I don’t need green to have an insatiable hunger.

Sprained ankle has me off my normal running routine. Blasted out 30 minutes of rowing today.

Been on a steady routine of 30-45 minutes, which I have to say, 45 min is a LONG time to row.

Should be able to draw that 90 lb bow this summer though!

45 minutes is a long time. Can watch a few hunting vids on YouTube in that time while doing it

As they say muscles are made in the gym…abs in the kitchen. Meal prepping is king when trying to drop fat and retain muscle. This cost about $8 if you have some lean venison steak. It is the perfect recipe for those less than choice cuts of meat. Makes 6 servings at

580 calories

48g protein

70g carbs

30g fat

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lbs lean venison

5 cups white rice

4 cups frozen vegetables

6 eggs

I’ve fallen off like a rock. Been to the gym like twice in a month and been binging on half gallons of blue bell made into chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches, also brownies but instead of oil and water using a can of sweetened condensed milk. Good af. deep fried crappie. Basically RIP af.
