Still on oatmeal and bourbon lol. Been eating more lettuce wraps lately and working around the house. Bending, lifting, and cleaning in general is a work out! (Not for you gym dudes) but us regular fat folks, it’s a workout!

I can get lean af on light beer. But when I drink ipas I can only get in such good shape. I would drink hard alcohol, but then id get arrested.

Regular folks workout as well. Do push ups or something. But that being said, one of the reasons people are fat now is because chores don’t burn any calories. So yeah, just cleaning and being active in anyway is a leg up.

Do you how frustrating it is to me Read these grifters promoting “elimination” diets and other bs. When calories in and calories out is all that matters. I swear the government doesn’t want you to know that or something.

Most people don’t realize that it’s not just food but liquids! I understand liquids are the devil!

Hiked 27 miles of AZ Trail on Saturday (Black Hills - San Manuel area to Freeman Road - Spectacular 37B country....), so I rewarded myself with two Quarter Pounders on the ride home.

Hit me up if you're hiking more southern sections and want some company.

It’s been 2 weeks, how goes it? I got nothing but fatter. Diet starts today. Prepped 5lbs chicken breast and 5lbs of potato’s. Did 100 flights of stairs on the stairmaster this morning. Gonna do legs on my way home tonight.

I have been eating as clean as I ever have for the last month or so.  Kind of hate it, kind of like it.  Mainly just lots of protein and not enough metamucil one day.  Almost blew my B hole out. 😂.  Been lifting higher weights and lower reps.  Strength is going up pretty fast, but nowhere near Dik Skin lean.  I really do not want to drop below 180-185ish lbs.

Been skipping super. Not on purpose but been woodworking a ton the past month after work. Waking up eating oatmeal and having a huge lunch. Not working out but have noticed a small loss.

I mean if you can skip dinner more power to you, I gotta skip breakfast cuz I know I’m gonna be gorging at night.

So in your opinion is a good breakfast or Dinner better. They say not to eat 4 to 5hrs after eating. Thanks

Meal timing is basically irrelevant. You can eat every 2 hours you can eat once a day. Your calorie requirements depend on your goals.
