Been cutting 4 weeks. Shreds are about to appear. We’re all gonna make it. I’m trying to get lean as dickskin for spring break and go to rocky point.

Still morbidly obese and fat AF plus whatever else fat guys are called. Started eating chicken and rice a few weeks ago. Wasn’t aware an almost pure elk diet spiked cholesterol. Thought it was better than that. Life fail.

made good cutting gains by putting 5lbs chicken breast and bottle of vinegar based hot sauce in the crockpot for 8 hours. shredded hot sauce chicken and rice. its like 8 meals. easy af.

 im down 16lbs in about 9 weeks. another 4lbs then maintain all summer. should be in cabo rn. 

since rich is dead and im getting older. its mike ohearn motivation

Nice stair-climber work.   

Have gotten around to some of the AZ Trail sections with elevation ups/downs, recently.  Did Four Peaks last month and the Huachuca's weekend before last (Miller Peak ain't no joke! 😩).  Rincons next weekend.  FINALLY starting to feel like my legs are shaping-up.

One day till Monday, trying to find motivation. I started back again last week 😪 for the good. After my kids youth hunts I realized I'm a Fat A. Here we go, started at 240lbs, ill try to do weekly updates, Goal 185lb. It's aggressive but let's see how close I can get.

Youll get it done, just gotta stay at it. Also nice to see somebody in here who is motivated, good luck.  Probably get that done in 12 weeks

 idk. I love hunting and fishing but I just want to lift my life away. I’d give up the outdoors for the pump 
 

I’m 40 now with responsibilities I should be taking care of. but I’m sitting here in my living room listening to sevendust at max volume thinking if I should start with lat pull downs or high row for back today
