I was skinny fat before. Now I’m skinny strong-ish. 

Took the 100lb dumbbells for a ride today. Pressed them 5 times. Felt pretty good, Then my buddy, who is actually strong repd the 125s 🤷‍♂️

You guys lift anymore?  
I got a pretty good chest pump this morning. Headed back for the stairclimber and abs this evening. Let’s go.

im back af, somehow fkd around took 7 months off. Been going a month down 10lbs about, haven’t even been grinding yet. Need to lose 10 more before the shreds appear

Ya I’m still at it.  Making small gains just trying to stay consistent and keep up the intensity instead of just going through the motions. 
Was doing prison workouts in our little tent gym at work. It finally got too hot for me and went back to my gym. 108* with the ac on was brutal. Would almost blackout after a set of squats. Feels like cheating now at a normal gym with actual climate control.

Do you all even lift? I’m on day 25 bigger by the day. 20 minutes stairmaster morning, lifting at night 30 rep sets pump of the gods. 5 meals a day up 12lbs bloat maxxed

Taking a hint from Richard, changed up my shoulder workout a little bit today. Lower weight high reps. Amazing shoulder pump with collateral trap work too.
