AZ RANGER Report post Posted July 9, 2023 Ya I’m still at it. Making small gains just trying to stay consistent and keep up the intensity instead of just going through the motions. Was doing prison workouts in our little tent gym at work. It finally got too hot for me and went back to my gym. 108* with the ac on was brutal. Would almost blackout after a set of squats.
