MuggyMan Report post Posted July 13, 2022 Cardio definitely getting better. Endurance day yesterday. Did 307 floors, 5000 steps on the stairmaster. Broke this up into 2 sessions, 40 minutes in the morning and 60 minutes in the afternoon. Then finished off with a mile on the treadmill at incline of 5.
