Welp.

Doctor measured my at 6'3 306#.

 

So last week I renewed my gym membership. Got fat and happy after the divorce. Time to be not-as-fat and happy.

Actually enjoying lifting. Which is new, and I'm liking it. 

 

 

Apparently I typed that up and never posted it.

 

Been killing it since I found out about my elk tag. Down 15# while starting to fill out my shirts in the RIGHT places finally. Back on the keto train again (eating a Axis burger and hand picked eggs as we speak).

Goal is to be 260 or less by September.

Bulk season has arrived...  Been shooting for macro's of 40 protein, 40, carb and 20 fat.  My average has been closer to 37, 37, 26.  First week in, I feel bloated AF and am almost forcing myself to eat.  Meal prepping has been good but I can really only plan 3 days ahead.  Learning to eat more fruit and try and focus on eating the right foods at the right time.  I have lots to learn, but it's been kind of fun.  Hoping to add 10 lbs and stay around 185 lbs.  Not sure how long it will take.

I quit cutting the day of the Arnold and I haven’t been to the gym since and I’ve been downing rolls of cookie dough and half gallons of ice cream made into ice cream sandwiches every night.

Still shedding the lbs, had a small hiccup on vacation few weeks back, but down to 195. My goal is to hit 179.9 by June 1st. Went out with the kids shooting coyotes and wow what a awesome feeling, gonna need to buy new Camo, old stuff is not fitting well 😊
