Havasuhunter Report post Posted August 11, 2014 Best trucks ford ever made. I sold my newer one. If it was a 7.3, would have kept it. Nice rig.
ctafoya Report post Posted August 11, 2014 +1 best truck ever. I had a 6.0 that left me stranded too many times. Wish I had the money for this one.
Havasuhunter Report post Posted August 11, 2014 Mine was a 6 liter too. Ford lost me as a future buyer on that one. I happily drive a new Tundra now.
520HUNT Report post Posted August 11, 2014 I want to buy it just for the mud flaps!
PRDATR Report post Posted August 11, 2014 The upgraded headlights are a nice touch. I have basically the same truck but it has 100K more miles. If it is stock height then the new owner won't be required to have mudflaps. But there is a guy in East Mesa who makes some really nice ones. Good Luck with the sale. LJSIII Report post Posted August 14, 2014 I would like to know why Ford just doesn't admit its fault and re release the 7.3 in the upcoming years trucks, I would think it would solve the issues and get a lot of people back. You have all of us looking for 12 plus year old trucks because the motor is dependable.
sjvcon Report post Posted August 14, 2014 Some say that the new Ford Motors are good ... the 6.0 died a few years back ... IT WAS A TURD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice Truck C & S ... if I had $11K to put toward a vehicle rather than other necessary things (horses, tractor, etc.) I'd be all over that.
jmaxjohnston Report post Posted August 14, 2014 Is the asking price firm or are you negotiable? Feel free to send me a message
PRDATR Report post Posted August 14, 2014 The 7.3 was actually made by Navistar and International Harvester and Ford bought them. After 2003 it was no longer offered by Ford here but was still available in Australia.
