ready2hunt Report post Posted August 10, 2014 Had to use this weekend to pull my camera as it will be the last I have free for a few months. Again, a cruel reminder I do not have an elk tag but I think I found a decent spot come next year. Only one healthy bear in my opinion.....they are the only things I am really after. Still not a SINGLE deer! Sorry the pics are all out of order....apparently my computer cant take a simple command.

kidso Report post Posted August 10, 2014 Depends on your definition of "decent" for bears. You already took a beast and could chase his shadow for another 20 years, or you can start thinking about the variety of color phases available and chase after them. Your tag, your call. That being said, that blonde looks sweet and is a little bigger than you think...it is just so far away in your picture that size estimation is difficult. Get out into the field and make your decision when the bears come; no need for desk-top hunting here!

I want another cinammon. I just got lucky with that big one I shot and need to be grateful for having any bears at all. That cinnamon has got a bullseye on it

ready2hunt Report post Posted August 11, 2014 Any ideas what some of these bulls might score. I know none of them are monsters and I will happily shoot any bull but I am curious as to what some of you think?
CouesPursuit Report post Posted August 11, 2014 That second to last elk photo is a perfect display of the front leg and shoulder's bone structure. Nice pictures.
