That's a 73-75" goat. Real small top mass, 13-14" length. It's a shooter to some,others not. I would personally run to wyoming and shoot one like that on a leftover tag vs burning AZ points on it but that's just my opinion.

Oh and he won't be alive in 3 years. That's most likely a 2 y/o goat and will be 79-80" next year if he doesn't get killed this year. Then he will get killed.

k well 75" goat, would need to be at least 15" imho

Mines 15 2/8 both horns and he's 82 5/8.

My hunting partner killed a buck last year that we both misjudged because of his mass. Scored 74 with 12" and 12 1/2" horns. Mass was unreal. Still a nice buck with a bow, but we were a little shocked when the tape said 12"

Just curious what makes you think that buck is around 2 y/o? I shot a 70in buck that was just over 12in and he was aged at 6/7....... not all bucks get big because of age. You gotta have the genes also. But is it his body or something else that makes you think that around 2 is his age? I just dont know?
