lonne Report post Posted July 26, 2014 Almost every prickly pear I look at in August always seems to be ripe. Picking it and eating it is fun, but I always have cactus spines in my hands for a week. I know 22N like the back of my hand. I have a cabin in Pine if you need any direction. I don't know elk or deer with a hoot but know a few areas I always see them.
