hoghntr Report post Posted July 24, 2014 Yup, Im out at the end of 163rd. You could hear artillery going off day and night. Now its State Trust. Cop I spoke to in the area said they flat out wont do anything about all the artillery either. not sure why we bother with the laws if they are not getting enforced. we stop rifle hunting and say archery only then we dont bust all the idiots out there making it dangerous for the users of the land.. oh then we just shut the land down cuz it is getting trashed..
