Big Browns Report post Posted July 22, 2014 I have a Bulgaria Makarov 9mm(atually it's 380) for sale. I have to say this is one of the most accurate hand guns I have ever shot. It's a sweet shooter. Big Browns Report post Posted July 22, 2014 I'll take a few more pictures when I get home. The slide says 9mm, but the magazine is the same size as 380. I called a few people who know more about them then me. They said the old 9mm is a differnt size than the new 9mm. I really don't know enough about it to explain it. They said to use 380. Guest akaspecials Report post Posted July 22, 2014 I hate to throw more speculation on the fire w/o seeing the caliber stamp, but could it be "9mm Kurz"? Which is the same as .380 auto.
