Recommended Posts

I bet you could put together a nice group of extra hunters on here at $299 a piece and take care of a lot of hogs...

Sounds fun but thanks to the broken body I gave up planning with anyone except myself and family. I cant control flare ups and have so many dang surgeries its ridiculous. probably just gonna be me & Wife God willing the health will be there for trip.

So knobody knows of this place?

You dont need a license in texas if your not going to hunt anything else. At least thats what the texas g&f told me a couple years ago. Why would it be a scam? It seems like a ripoff.

I spent 2009 about 90 minutes east of this ranch. No license was needed to hunt them but I see a lot of those ranches insisting you get a license. IMO this ranch is a little pricey compared to some I've seen.

I hunted this ranch back in 2010. They definitely had hogs on the property and we didn't have any problem killing any. You definitely need to understand what you are getting though. It is a canned hunt for sure. There aren't many places for the hogs to hide because the ranch is tiny. Between a friend and I we killed 5 hogs. It was a good time but I think there are better outfits out there. We have had decent luck with Dos Plumas.
