AZkiller Report post Posted July 23, 2014 You dont need a license in texas if your not going to hunt anything else. At least thats what the texas g&f told me a couple years ago. Why would it be a scam? It seems like a ripoff.
Edge Report post Posted July 23, 2014 I spent 2009 about 90 minutes east of this ranch. No license was needed to hunt them but I see a lot of those ranches insisting you get a license. IMO this ranch is a little pricey compared to some I've seen.
andygrand Report post Posted July 23, 2014 I hunted this ranch back in 2010. They definitely had hogs on the property and we didn't have any problem killing any. You definitely need to understand what you are getting though. It is a canned hunt for sure. There aren't many places for the hogs to hide because the ranch is tiny. Between a friend and I we killed 5 hogs. It was a good time but I think there are better outfits out there. We have had decent luck with Dos Plumas.
