naturegirl Report post Posted July 22, 2014 So I didn't exactly do what the doctor recommended. A couple months ago, my doc gave me the okay to shoot, but with lower poundage. I'm a bit of a freak about changing my equipment so I decided to wait and give it more time. I have a few deer hunts planned this fall and I didn't want to chance it. The last few weeks I've been using my shoulder 100% and it has felt very good. It's a month before opener so I decided it's time. I'm keeping it to 10 arrows to start. 30 yards
tjhunt2 Report post Posted July 22, 2014 That's pretty good Christina. I wish I could shoot a group like that at 30yrds. Good luck on your hunt and don't over do the practice. That's when most people hurt themselves. Take it easy like you're doing and I'm sure you'll be ready. TJ

CouesWhitetail Report post Posted July 23, 2014 Nice group! Good idea to keep it to 10 shots or less. You don't want to push too hard and undue the progress you have made.
