murfys69law Report post Posted August 11, 2014 I'd look for an older Remington 870 wingmaster.I think they might only hold 3 inch shells at most though. But I have a 1966 wingmaster and it is absolutely the most reliable, smooth, natural feeling shotgun I've ever shot and I've been around some high end shotguns.I only hunt dove and quail, but there's absolutely no shotgun I'd rather use. Agree with dustin25. I have the same gun and it's been put thru the ringer. Still looks and shoots great. Older Wingmasters are the best all around shotgun I have ever used.
