They get started when moron pieces of $%^& like this guy on my TC, decide to ignore Stage 2 Fire Restrictions and smoke on a cigarette. These pictures were from 6/17/2014, when Stage 2 fire restrictions were going on and it was drier then a popcorn fart out in the woods.
