TATAat27 Report post Posted July 7, 2014 So I went online today to update my CC info even though I didn't need to. I entered my Dept. ID and date of birth.........The system says no application found. WHAT!!!!!!!!! I looked up all my kids applications and theirs was fine. Flashback to the day I applied online, filled everything out and paid, all went well until the end, I didn't print out my receipt because they always send a copy to my e-mail, well always until this year. I gave the system a couple of days just incase things were working slow and nothing, I then decided to call Game and fish. They confirmed that the system was not allowing the sending of the receipts via e-mail (at least at that time, dunno if they ever fixed it). Now here I am at the mercy of the Game and Fish. The only thing I have is my CC statement that says they charged me for four transactions. I hope my application is somewhere in their system and just not accessible to me for whatever reason. If you have a credit card statement to prove you put in, but their system has no record, I see a tag in your future. I believe it happened either last year or the year before to a person or two. azryan Report post Posted July 7, 2014 Mine was doing the same thing I got worried. I found that it was user error. I had to capitalize the first letter in my department id and also had to add the forward slashes in the date of birth field. It worked after that Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Red Rabbit Report post Posted July 7, 2014 TATA, Similar happened to me this year applying for turkey BP. It would not go to the screen for printout but kicked back to the submit payment screen. A charge was posted on my bank account, so I exited the G&F application system. The next week, I received a call from G&F saying I was charged, but they did not know what for. So I told the nice lady who said they'd put me in for a turkey BP. Considering that hiccup applying for turkey BP, I put in with paper apps and money orders for deer and sheep later that day. TATAat27 Report post Posted July 9, 2014 It was just like AZRYAN said, I had to use capital letter for my dept. ID. I called the draw dept and talked to Connie, she said I was in. She also said they would be contacting people again (just like during this years elk draw) in the event their credit card is declined.
