stanley Report post Posted July 16, 2014 Went to the meeting last nite if Flagstaff. There were 7 people there. Pretty sad. As expected most of the talk was about tag surrender. This group liked the idea of surrender but the re-allocation of the tag was the sticking point. I think since everyone complains about the point system, why not create a list of the people in the 20% pass that didnt get a tag, arrange them by max points and draw number and go from there. I don't understand how the draw works but i think using the bonus points as a starting point would be more fair. Thanks for getting involved and providing the feedback! Interesting idea about the 20% pass. I had not heard that one in either of the meetings I had attended. This is what these meetings are about; Brainstorming and gathering ideas and input from the public! Will be interesting to see where it all nets-out. AZBearhunter Report post Posted July 19, 2014 I went to the meeting in Tucson this Thursday, only 10 people showed up. Extremely disappointed. Out of over 1 million residents in Tucson of which perhaps 15-10% hunt (100,000ish), 10 people showed up. It sounds like everyone has an opinion but no one is willing to do anything except but complain and make suggestion from the comfort of their own computer. Your voices will not be heard unless do something other than post on this website. Email the game and fish with your suggestions or go to a meeting. My initial takeaways are that the new portal is coming and they are trying to figure out how to pay for it. Tag surrender is also coming despite all the concern over people gaming the system.
