Had my favorite dinner last night

Javelina fennel sausage spaghetti, whitetail cerrano chili poppers and beer margaritas. Yummy!

What receipe do you use for the whitetail poppers?

Cut cerrano or jalapeño pepper in half, gut seeds, cut piece of venison to fit, sprinkle with McCormicks steak seasoning, wrap in 1/2 slice of bacon, affix with a toothpick lengthwise, grill meatside down first until bacon browns, then turn and brown other side. Try with jalapeño bacon from AJ's for extra punch.

That sounds pretty good everyone I know says javalina is disgusting, but I tell them it's good if it's done right. I want some now
