It comes with a Lasermax guide rod laser, tru-glo TG-h3 tritium night sights, Back strap and extended mag release. Comes with the original case. Comes with holster, but has real minimal holster wear. Lasermax is awesome no physical outward modifications to gun switch to turn on laser is the take down lever. You can hand it to someone and theyd never know.
