Hoss50 Report post Posted June 10, 2014 I have a Smarty programmer for the 98.5-02 Dodge Cummins trucks. It is a great lowend and midrange programmer for towing and lowend torque. If you have one of these trucks and are thinking about a programmer you should highly consider this one. I loved this chip for my truck. It really helped motivate these big trucks off the line and provides a great boost for towing. madselectronics.com I just bought a 2005 Cummins and my old 98.5 with this chip had better lowend torque and throttle response.
