Guest oneshot Report post Posted June 3, 2014 I've got a pile of .50cal and smaller rounds, so today I hunted for larger calibers... Alot of 20mm rounds, some .50cal cases and .50cal links... And a crushed practice bomb caseing(they were filled with sand to match weight)... The links and cases are kinda rare, they must have policed these up, I find 100's of rounds to 1case/1link... biglakejake Report post Posted June 3, 2014 Dave- your inbox will not accept any mail so i just put this here.... back in the spring of 2001 i watched a history channel docu about craig button stealing a warthog from dm and driving it up to colorado to crash it into a mountain. the search for the 4 500lbers was mentioned and they showed a pic of an impact crater created from an unarmed 500lber. click. i had seen that before. horn hunting about a month after the incident in 4b-4 years before. i drew a picture of what i had seen-a very strange bear den-and dropped it off with my number to the show low recruiting office. within 48 hours of this a dm od squad was at my door asking me to take them to the location. after 4 years of snow and rain i could not find the impact site in the 3 days we looked. they were darn sure i had it-we were directly under his recorded radar track. we did find some horns though. lee
