AverageJoe Report post Posted May 23, 2014 fishing was very slow. The ones that were caught were bigger ones. 13-20 inches. They said they stocked it right before we went but we didnt catch one stocker. Normally our group will pull in 20 a day easily. We were lucky with 5 of us to catch 3 or 4 a day. James Big lake is typically stocked twice a year in the spring it is usually stocked with about a 150,000 fingerlings and in the fall with about 50,000 subs this year it did get 5,000 catchables. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
