Idahocoueshunter Report post Posted May 21, 2014 Has anyone been able to apply online yet? The regs say early to mid May. Is there any information that there is another glitch in the app process? ctracingraptor Report post Posted May 21, 2014 I was just looking at the same thing, and going to post the same subject. Hopefully they will get it up and running within the next 20 days!!
