Jeremyks Report post Posted May 19, 2014 These binoculars were sent to Swarovski on 5/15/13 to have the lens replaced. They replaced all 4 lens, free of charge they replaced all the rubber armor, logos, eye cups, focus gear and other misc parts. I have the receipt for this if anybody wants to see it. More less these they were brand new when they sent them back minus the actual body. These are great binoculars, only reason for selling is to try out the new HD models.
