elkhunter Report post Posted May 13, 2014 My wife got offered a large promotional job with the DOD in Spokane Washington, we planned for me to stay in Sierra vista for one more year to pay mortgage off to where we have no more mortgage insurance. I am looking to rent our 2 rooms at $550 each. The house is brand new, grass yard with pavers and trees, kitchen had stainless steel appliances. There's a den that is not used and is free for renters. The price of $550 also includes all utilities, gas, electric, satellite tv, wi-fi, water and trash.
