Need a Handyman & someone who does stairs.

I got a house that I'm getting ready to put of for sale. I have some minor repair work that needs done, but I have no time or interest in doing it myself. Type of work is touch-up painting, caulking, touching up some grout in tile that has chipped out, fix a sliding glass door with bad rollers, etc.

 

The same house also needs stairs put in. We replaced the carpet downstairs with ceramic tile & the carpet upstairs with wood laminate flooring, but never replace the crappy carpet that's on the stairs. If somebody does this type of work or knows someone who does, please have them get in touch.
