WTB Remington 700 in .270 or .30-06

I'm looking for a project gun to try a few new things out. I'm looking for a beater or used Remington 700 in .270, .30-06, or .25-06.

 

Stainless or matte is fine. A cheap ole Walmart ADL would be great -
