PRDATR Report post Posted April 17, 2014 OK, so I am a bit past 1500 posts. But, I really appreciate this site and everything that Amanda has put into it and kinda feel like that guy who listens to NPR or PBS and never sends them a donation. I have a Savage Model 67 shotgun in 20 gauge with a Modified Choke and about a 28" barrel that would make a great starter gun for someone. I bought it new 20+ years ago so it has been shot a bit. It has a couple of dings in the stock but overall I'd give it 85%. I had a new firing pin put in it two years ago because it broke and last year I started getting a couple of misfires again. Maybe 1 out of every 20 shots or so. I'm not sure what going on but this is a shotgun that is from what I have read is not for the novice to take apart. So, here it is up for grabs, free of charge. I will be headed through Globe from the east valley on Friday to see if I can find my way across the Rez to Eagle Creek if someone along the way would put it to good use or I can work something else out for someone who is in need. I would really like to see this go to someone who will enjoy it and sell it for personal gain. This a "Plain Jane" model. IIRC, I paid $99 for it at Yellow Front.
