Norteno Report post Posted April 16, 2014 There was a 417" bull taken out of 24a last year. This is why AZ should have mandatory harvest reporting. Regs say 0% success for early hunt. Maybe if no one reports their harvest then the same people can draw the same tags next year. I'm sure if it showed 75% succcess rate the number of 1st and 2nd applicants would go from 63 to 350.
