King bed, queen bed and full bed on the table so will easy sleep 6 adults. Has a shower/cartridge toilet combo, water heater, heater, fridge, sink and stove (knobs are missing). Also has spare tire mounted on rear, awning and the mounting bracket and plumbing for the optional outside grill. Both propane tanks are near full, all lights work and may throw in some extra gear. Only bads are one bad zipper and one missing hub cap. Its a great setup and slept 5 adults and a 2 year old great on our elk hunt last year, ground clearance makes it so you don't have to be right on a main road either.
