SwarovskiCoues Report post Posted April 5, 2014 so last saturday i received my icon 5200 in the mail, all excited i started to check the pack out and open it up. little to find i was missing a gray pull thing that attches to the zipper making it easier to pull. i was kinda bummed but heard they have awesome service so i didnt sweat it. monday came around so i callled KUIU explaining whats going on. the guy on the phone was first confused then said he will call me when the pack crew gets back to the office. so i waited and never got a phone call i was getting kind of annoyed then of a sudden this came in the mail today out of nowhere!! 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Antmo23 Report post Posted April 5, 2014 I got some of their branded tee shirts for my bday and one had a small hole. i called them up and emailed a pic. they told me to keep my damaged shirt and i had my non-holed shirt in 4 days.
