Azlongears Report post Posted December 19, 2006 All right guys let the scolding begin . Dogman and I took our hounds out and got the winter season started off right!! Just to bad we didn't have a hunter with a tag that wanted to shoot it? Got some good dog work in and turned the Puma loose. It's prolly chewing on a Coues buck right now

SilentButDeadly Report post Posted December 19, 2006 ¡Buen trabajo! I've got the feeling you're gonna be for hire only here pretty soon... I'm keepin my eyes out for fresh lion sign round my parts but all I keep seeing is old stuff. I've got a feeling I might spot one pretty soon - they tend to winter down low where I'll be lookin for my big buck in January...
mikep35 Report post Posted December 19, 2006 When I read that you let him go, I threw up in my mouth a little bit. I would give a limb or two to get a shot at a mountain lion!
TwoGuns Report post Posted December 19, 2006 Looks like you and Randy had a good time. Good excercise for you both and the dogs as well...that looks like some rough country. I actually lived right next door to Randy for a while this year, I'd recognize those dogs anywhere. Anyway, next time you guys get a chance to go out, which may be soon since we are due for some snow the next few days, I would love the opportunity to arrow a nice cat. twoguns 301-3250

GRONG Report post Posted December 24, 2006 TAM, yup thats them! Good eye. If anyone is really serious about wanting a lion see my Rimrock Outfitters link on the main page of this site and you can check our operation out. TAM can vouch for us as he joined us on a hunt last winter and harvested a super tom on the 3rd day of his hunt.
