standman Report post Posted March 29, 2014 Finally got to hit the the lake this evening for 2 1/2 hours. Nice to get back on the lake after being sick ( still sick but went anyway ). Ended up catching seven bass, two were smallies, and a flathead cat. Largest was just under 4lbs. Had three others come unbuttoned. Not a bad evening. All caught on droshot. We even specifically discussed this, that we were glad we were not there bow fishing. If the rumor is they are up like crazy, wasn't where we were at.
