Ever come across this while shed hunting?

As a deer, it would be normal to step over and nibble the grass growing around the skeletons of your friends and family. I think dying in Gods country would be a lucky way to go, rather than a slow death in a hospital and then being stuffed in a graveyard. Not saying it wouldn't creep me out finding someone out there, just food for thought.

YES! It happend to me before in May, was doing the trash clean up down by Arivaca and after filling up 12 bags I broke away to look for sheds in a thick mass of mesquite near a pond, I did find 1 coues shed and a dead guy. Creepy but they are out there! I went and bought a lotto ticket that day and won 2.9 million dollars too!

Wow, crazy stuff!

My brother & I were quail hunting by Queen Valley a few years back & found a human skull. We called the Sheriffs department & took them to the spot. They said they would do a search for the rest of the body so we left & never heard anything. Two weeks later my brother & I are about two miles from that spot quail hunting again & what do we find? Yep, the rest of the skeleton! Honestly, I was a little afraid they were going to think we killed the guy.

I'm not sure how the head got so far from the body. Probably a coyote. Can you imagine seeing a coyote walking around with a human head in its mouth? lol

Well said, i hope they find me crumpled up in a ditch still holding my bow, perfect way to go, minus any bullet holes obviously. Maybe be fertilizer for the bucks next set of antlers with a nice piece of green grass to chew on.

Nice finds all the way around, but what's the story with the human skull? Halloween prop vs ancestral Puebloan, can't leave us hanging :)
