Devil Diver Down Report post Posted March 24, 2014 Just talked to the g&f on the phone. Woman told me that they are nowhere near being done hitting cards. She said that it is going to go on for the next few weeks with draw results posted in the beginning of April sometime. There is still hope!! I hope she's correct but think they're just managing expectations and that they're most of the way done hitting cards. Looks like I'll be applying for Colorado, with a CO OTC, ID OTC or Montana leftover as my back up plan.
