The guy says - this is a high-cap mag, do you have a 10 rounder? Roger says - oh you must live in California The guy says - no I live in Tucson, but the current federal government mandate is for 10 rounder mags Roger says - yes, but you live in a free state and the federal magazine ban expired, you can can have the good ones The guy says - yes but the maximum mandated by the current administration is 10 rounds.
