I chose it because I liked the idea of tunning the barrel to the load rather than the other way around, the muzzle brake was just a bonus for me. Shooting the gun from bench or field, I do not notice the increase in muzzle blast but being close when someone else is shooting is suprising. Alot like a loud Harly past your bedroom window late at nite. The boss sys works pretty well though so I guess I'll keep it, I just won,t let anyone else shhot it. HA!
