bonecollector777 Report post Posted March 8, 2014 That Brian Dolan guy is an absolute idiot. . "it's hard for any one of us to take credit for this great idea of putting bighorn sheep in the Catalinas" WTH? followed by "there are a lot more lions in the Catalinas than we thought and that's why there is so much predation" Really? Then that comment followed by "I think having all of these lions is a good thing. . or bad thing depending on how you look at it." hahaha what a joke
Snapshot Report post Posted March 8, 2014 At the rate the Sheep are getting gobbled up, there won't be any sheep to talk about by this summer.
bonecollector777 Report post Posted March 8, 2014 Now he just said "that if the sheep in the catalinas happen to survive that success is secondary. The main goal of this committee getting together was to simply show that they could work together and come up with a plan and they have done that. So this whole thing is already a success even if all the sheep die." And then commissioner Harris came in and said the exact same thing that was just all about coming together for a good cause. Do these guys really think that people are now going to believe this was a good idea? Instead of creating a committee to show they can work together and carry out a specific plan using 30+ bighorn sheep why didn't they come up with a committee that didn't involve killing our wildlife?

It seemed like there was alot of incompetence on the human side of this equation. Too much for even G&F.
