MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted March 7, 2014 Well another great hunt with youth hunters, we didnt manage to put any meat in the freezer this year but still found a herd and the kids had a great time. This year we had alot of hunters in the area and they pushed the herds off their normal routine, I had them pegged before the hunt but nothing but old sign and glassing proved fruitless. We found one herd with 5 animals in really thick cover so decided to let them grow for next year. My 16 yr old driving us to hunt was a first and I am very proud. Lots of rap on the radio when you hunt with the kids. 3 youths head in 3 youths headed out still all smiles 5 in cat pad on a small seep, I will be putting camera in this area and setting up a caller soon 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MULEPACKHUNTER Report post Posted March 8, 2014 yes sir, and no not road hunting. i found last year that 3 gun cases take alot of room so decided to just put 2 in soft case and 1 out in the open. funny that sat was my birthday so the kids decided they would get me that deal from cabelas that goes on the back of the seats and you hang your guns in there, works sweet. love it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
